South 'n France shipping information

Deliveries and pick-ups are placed in a South 'n France gift bag. Mail orders are nestled in colorful packing materials, and shipped frozen on a reusable frozen gel pack.

When you order delicious South 'n France bon bons, we process your order using our standard shipping option, FedEx. This usually takes 2-3 business days (a bit longer if you are on the West Coast). We ship our bon bons frozen, so that by the time they reach you, they have reached a perfectly delicious cool room temperature. You can eat them immediately upon receipt or refrigerate them for later.

Orders placed at the beginning of the week are shipped immediately. If you place an order at the end of the week, we may not ship until the Monday of the following week. South 'n France created this shipping policy to ensure that your delicious bon bons are not left sitting in a FedEx warehouse over the weekend. We want you to enjoy our product at its freshest.

If you are placing an end of the week or rush order, and want your bon bons immediately, we can accommodate you, but ask that instead of placing your order via the shopping cart, you call South 'n France directly to order by phone: 910-762-6882.

Please note: We want you to be able to enjoy our delectable goodies year round, even in the warm summer months! So, from May 1 to September 1, South ‘n France ships all bon bons using the highest quality insulated shipping materials available to keep each and every morsel cool and fresh. Your bon bons will be delivered to you via FedEx in a special Kodia Kooler box marked: “Rush...Perishable Temperature Sensitive Product”. Inside the box, the bon bons will be nestled in a reflective foil envelope and/or a reusable insulated foam cooler (not shown) with a re-usable no-sweat gel ice pak on top. A $5.00 shipping surcharge is added to cover the cost of these protective, reusable shipping materials. Love the environment by saving and reusing the sturdy cooler and gel ice pak once you've devoured all of your bon bons. They're ideal for picnics, tailgate parties, and more.
