Six Simple Steps to Placing a Customized Online Order with South ‘n France:

We believe in letting you create gifts that are as unique as the people you're shopping for; that’s why our shopping cart allows you to select bon bon flavors, choose your packaging, set a desired arrival date for shipments, enter gift messages, and more.

Step One: Choose Your Product:

Scroll through our shop to see the many options. The photos you see are just one example of the packaging that may be available for a product - many of our packages come in additional colors or with ribbons or toppers. Products that offer more than one packaging option are noted with "Click here to view packaging options for this product." where you can preview these options before adding the item to your cart.

Step Two: Choose Your Flavors:

Use the drop down menu next to each product to select which flavor bon bon you'd like in your package. Or, you can choose our 'Bon Bon Sampler' and get one of each. The best part? You can also create a custom combination of flavors and tell us exactly how many of each you’d like us to put in your box or tin!



If you selected 'choose your own combination' you will be directed to a page where you can enter the desired number of bon bons for each of our signature flavors. When you've selected the total number of bon bons, the cart will invite you to either edit your selections or click 'continue' to add the customized product to your order.

Step Three: Customize Your Packaging:

Many of our products offer multiple, unique packaging choices. If the product you selected comes in more than one packaging option you will be directed to select your preference. There is never an extra charge for these special touches.

Step Four: Enter Billing and Delivery Address(es):

You will then be directed to a summary of your order where you may choose to continue shopping or complete your order by entering your billing and shipping address(es). You can also set a desired arrival date and write a personalized message for the recipient.



Please Note: Items within the same order cannot be shipped to multiple addresses. Please complete a new order for each shipping address; or call us at 910-762-6882 to place orders with multiple shipping addresses via telephone.

Step Five: Choose Your Shipping (or Pick-Up!) and Payment Methods:

We ship via FedEx throughout the continental U.S. But if the shipping address you entered falls within our local zip code ranges you will automatically be offered the additional options of local pick-up and delivery! We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and PayPal.

Step Six: Checkout and Next Steps:

Enter your payment information and voila! Your gourmet chocolate bon bons are on the way! You will receive immediate order confirmation via email. You will also receive email confirmation when your order has been shipped, and again when your order has been delivered.

Step Seven: Eat, Enjoy, Repeat!:

When you've enjoyed every last delectable bon bon in your order, repeat process. Variable order combinations are encouraged to ensure regular exposure to all of our gourmet bon bon flavors!
